Withdrawing consent
Consent given earlier can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal must be no harder than giving consent — this page implements that requirement directly.
The core rule: withdrawal is no harder than consent
Consent is given by a single action on a form. Withdrawal must therefore also be a single step: no extra registration, in-person visit or paper application is required unless consent itself was given on such terms.
If the withdrawal path turns out to be harder than the consent path, that is treated as a defect and fixed.
You do not need to explain why you are withdrawing consent.
Which consents can be withdrawn
Consent is given separately for each purpose, so it can also be withdrawn separately: opting out of one purpose does not affect the others.
- consent to receive information about services and materials;
- consent to keep contact details after the request has been processed;
- consent to optional analytics and similar technologies;
- consent to cross-border transfer that explicitly names the transfer.
Processing for which consent is not the legal ground — for example performance of a contract or statutory duties — does not stop upon withdrawal.
How to withdraw
- Through the enquiry form on the website, stating which purpose the consent is withdrawn for.
- By email.
- By a written application sent to the company’s postal address.

to be confirmedEmail addresses and the enquiry form address are published once confirmed by the holder.
How we verify the request comes from you
To protect against withdrawal on someone else’s behalf, the request is matched to the data subject. We use the same channel or the same details that were used when consent was given.
We do not ask for more information than is needed for that check: identity verification must not become a pretext for collecting extra data.
to be confirmedThe exact identity verification methods will be set by the approved revision of this document.
How long the request takes
The request is registered, actioned, and a reply is sent with the outcome. The timeline follows the general enquiry handling procedure.
to be confirmedThe exact handling period for a consent withdrawal request will be set by the approved revision of this document.
What withdrawal means
- processing based on consent stops;
- if consent to communications is withdrawn, messages stop being sent;
- if consent to process an onboarding request is withdrawn, the onboarding work may be halted — the request can no longer be reviewed;
- data is destroyed or anonymised where no purpose requiring it remains.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
What withdrawal does not stop
- statutory retention periods: anti-money-laundering, accounting and reporting;
- retention of records of completed transactions — they form part of financial reporting;
- processing needed to perform an active contract;
- the duty to provide information in response to requests from authorised bodies.
Logging of consents and withdrawals
Every consent and every withdrawal is logged with a timestamp and the version of the policy text. This makes it possible to establish exactly which text a consent was given against and when it was withdrawn.
