MONTRA LLC

Official channels

This page sets out which addresses genuinely act on behalf of the company and what fraudsters will ask you for. If an email or a call raises doubts, check it against this list.

Official domains

The company’s website and services are hosted only on these domains. If the address differs by even one character, it is not our site.

Always read the address bar to the end: added words, hyphens, a different top-level domain or a mix of lookalike Cyrillic and Latin letters are signs of a fake. Typing the address yourself is safer than following a link from an email.

Messengers and social networks

On Telegram and WhatsApp the company writes only from its call centre number. We run no separate channels, groups or social media pages: any account approaching you on the company’s behalf from another number or under another name is not ours.

We never ask for

A member of our staff will not call demanding that you perform a transaction right now. Urgency is a pressure technique, not a working procedure.

Why authenticity is verified through the registry

A website can be copied wholesale in a few hours: the design, the texts, the licence numbers and the registered address. What a clone cannot do is get into the National Bank registry.

In the registry a licence is tied to a specific legal entity: its full legal name, its address and the licence number. So verification runs the other way around: the question is not “does the site show a licence number”, but “does what the site says match the regulator’s record”.

If a site names a different legal entity, a different address, or a licence number that is not in the registry, you are not dealing with MONTRA.

Whether the website address appears in the company’s registry record is to be confirmed, so for now compare the full legal name, the address and the licence numbers.

There is no need to open the link again for a screenshot: copying the address or forwarding the whole email is enough.

If you have already given out card details or an SMS code, contact the bank that issued the card immediately: it is the only party that can block the transaction.
